Teri Lodge is the founding member and senior partner at The Law Offices of Teri S. Lodge, L.L.C. She has over 30 years of experience aggressively defending criminal matters in all New Jersey superior and municipal courts and in all federal courts in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Ms. Lodge has also represented attorneys facing ethics issues for over 30 years. She handles these matters from the initial grievance, to the investigation, complaint, hearing and Supreme Court argument. She is also available for consultation and advice regarding ethics questions.
Ms. Lodge grew up outside of Washington D.C. and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama. Thereafter, she attended Rutgers School of Law.
In 1992-93 Ms. Lodge served as law clerk to The Honorable Isaiah Steinberg, J.S.C. Then, from 1993-2003 she was an associate at Poplar and Eastlack. Thereafter, Ms. Lodge was a partner at Holston, MacDonald, Uzdavinis, Eastlack, Ziegler and Lodge for 12 years.
Ms. Lodge spent several years as an adjunct professor at Rowan University in the School of Law and Justice. She has also presented lectures to the Camden County Bar Association and Gloucester County College regarding various topics involving civil and criminal litigation.
In 2013, Ms. Lodge was the only private attorney from South Jersey to be appointed by The Honorable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Stuart Rabner, to the prestigious Joint Committee on Criminal Justice. This committee was instrumental in reforming the criminal court and bail systems throughout the state.
Ms. Lodge has served as Trustee for the New Jersey State Bar Association, Criminal Committee and is former Chair of the Federal Practice Committee. She is also a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Ms. Lodge focuses her practice primarily in the areas of federal and state criminal defense, family law, professional ethics and civil litigation. She practices in all New Jersey courts with a focus on Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, Salem and Cumberland counties. She practices in all Federal Courts in New Jersey and Philadelphia.
